Frankly, I wish I had known to just stay on the ship this day. Freeport was pretty run down and a lot of the businesses in the marketplace area were closed.

Not much to do in Freeport. My excursion had an hour at a beach. It was nice, but there were no bathroom or changing facilities.

We did the power catamaran and snorkel, and the excursion itself was amazing. Great crew on the boat and very knowledgeable and helpful with finding shells and starfish. The difficulty came with the bus. The ride there was fine, about 20 minutes like expected. However the ride back took an hour and was very unprofessional. We had to make a stop to pick up another excursion which was understandable, however we waited there for 30 minutes for the driver to gather 6 drunk people who would have gotten left behind. Very unfortunate and irresponsible. So just know that anything can happen with the grand Bahamian bus line.

We spent the day at the beach. Be careful, bring cash. You have to pay to enter the beach and the credit card system was done
