Freeport was a little disappointing. There wasn't much to do there except shop and gamble. The port wasn't even pretty it was too industial. Although we did find a great local barefoot bar that had wonderful bar tenders and inexpensive concktails. We enjoyed ouselves there very much.

Haven't been to Freeport in several years. Some improvement but not much. Did enjoy Port Lucaya and walking the grounds of the two new hotels there. Beautiful beaches. Unfortunate the cruise ship terminal not really close to anything. We took the bottom-fishing tour excursion but felt we did not get our money's worth. The two-man crew friendly enough but not very experienced. Had little time to fish as they were constantly maneurvering the boat. Would not take this excursion again.

Because we were not going to shop jewelry, shopping in Freeport was limited. And finding public beeches is not easy.

I loved going to a new city for me. But, I would prefer a nicer port. The tour was great. Our tour guide was excellent. I could skip the marketplace. I felt that we were obliged to buy items there, even though there may have been other places to shop. It felt as if Carnival was getting some type of kickback by going to this marketplace

Wasn't crazy about this port, but the day was beautiful so we sat in the shade and listened to the musicians.

Took private Taxi tour and our young man was a delight, kind and well spoken. He (Regis) was very informative and showed us the entire island.
