So much to see and do in and around the city. Great food too.

Try for lunch or just a tour of the Chateau Frontenac

Caught a regular 800 bus to Montmorency falls for 3.75 CAD each way per person. The autumn colour was stunning, just as the sunshine & blue sky.

So, so beautiful. It is the only City in North America that has a wall around it. Be sure to take the funicular to go from the old and new Quebec City. This is a MUST to go to. Don't have to worry about traffic because everything is walkable and some blocked off from traffic.

We stayed 2 nights after the cruise because there is so much to see and do here.

Self-walking tour.

I loved being in French-speaking Canada for the first time! It was so neat being able to make out what some things said. The city is gorgeous, but oh, man, some of those hills are incredibly steep! The steep walk was worth it, though. After leaving for Montreal, the ship went under the Pierre Laporte Bridge, which was a very thrilling moment for me because it was my first time where a cruise ship passed under a bridge and blared the horn!

We had never been to Quebec so we elected to do 3 nights there after the cruise. What an great ending to a nice cruise. Quebec is full of great scenery, restaurants and shops. We stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac, right on the boardwalk above Old Quebec City. Took a bus tour to Montmorency Falls and Isle de Orleans. Could have stayed another couple days we enjoyed it so much.

Just a beautiful and somehat exotic (for Americans) city. The visit to Montmorency Falls was interesting but when you have ween one waterfall you have seen them all.
