Wish we had taken an island excursion for someone to explain what we saw. Ferry ride was great, public transportation (buses good but drivers rude) along with many shop owners. Don't believe this will be on our agenda for visiting again - Beaches are beautiful but don't get your hopes up about "pink beaches" - near myth. Most reasonable eating Kathie's Kaffee - great & cheap

After visiting Hamilton, we were glad to be ported at St. George.

St. George is a quaint, historical section of Bermuda. Shopping is better in Hamilton

It's the best port in Bermuda if you use the bus system. Hamilton is too built up now and docking on Front St is like docking in NYC. The Navy Yard isn't built up enough yet. St Georges has several things to do and it's a quick bus ride to virtually any place.
