If your booking was successful and you booked thru RC, it should be on you itinerary immediately. You also should have received a receipt immediately. If neither of these happened call the cruiseline because your booking did not go through. If you booked through a TA, who knows! Call them.

you can always call the company and they will send out excursion ticket a week before the cruise is scheduled to depart if using shipments excirsions

this has nothing to do with the cruise line. If you booked an excursion through the cruise line then you need to contact the cruise line. If you book the excursion through a travel agent then contact the travel agent.

Could be cause your cruise isn’t until next year! The previous Alaskan cruise season just ended. Give them some time.
