We went to the salmon bake in March ‘23 off the Ruby Princess. It was worth every penny. There was a large variety of food that I didn’t sample, wanting to concentrate on maximizing salmon intake. My wife and our friends tried several other dishes and said everything was delicious. There was a variety of salads, BBQ ribs, cornbread, beans, scalloped potatoes, corn, etc. The site is beautiful with a stream and waterfall. We stayed there a couple hours until they decided to evacuate me before I exploded. I love salmon and this was paradise.

We were there in July. There is a bunch of food! Ribs, Caesar salad, beans, Cole slaw, I can’t even remember everything, plus cake. It is worth every penny. Beautiful spot very close to town. The salmon was great and I’m not a big fan. There is also a water fall a short walk up the trail. We loved this excursion.

They had chicken besides the salmon when we were there.
