The town of Haines has nothing to do. We took a ferry to Skagway to take a train ride. The train ride was beautiful!

Visited highlight of this port...the Hammer museum. Thankfully only a 4 hour stop.

We only called there from about 7pm till 11pm. There isn't much of a town to speak of, though it looks very charming from the ship during sunset.

Small place to wander around. Has a brewery, museum and cultural center. Pretty plants, including tulips, and great view of surrounding area.

We went in free shuttle. Enjoyed the small city life.

No excursion, but we walked the town and enjoyed visiting the shops.

Just walked around, went to the library for the free internet. Another wet day so mostly stayed on the ship.
