December 2015 - 4 Night Bahamas (Miami Roundtrip) Cruise on Majesty of the Seas
We took this cruise as a belated honeymoon, and while the accommodations were nice and the destinations were perfect, on multiple occasions, the ship's crew appeared uninformed with communication among the crew non-existent. When issues arose, we often had to seeking out multiple crew members until we found one who had the correct information, and management seemed incapable of doing anymore than apologizing for lapses in customer service. Also, our cabin was right below the restaurants, and we experienced a great deal of cart and dish racket throughout the night. We have shared the details of our challenges with Royal Caribbean in the hope that they will take this to heart, as such an established cruise line should have well established training and communications procedures in place in order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of its passengers.
