Excellent ship, excellent cabin, excellent service,excellent food. We want to acknowledge Oxana in the restaurant as an outstanding staff member who was friendly and professional.
The one negative was the disembarkation process, which we found to be poorly handled. The notice did not provide information on where to assemble, and as the PA system does not project into the cabin (which it should), passengers did not know where to go. Instructions should be precise and helpful.
