September 2014 - Enchantment of the Seas to Caribbean - Bahamas
We boarded the ship around 11:30 a.m.on Sept 23.2014. My husband was walking around checking the ship out and slipped and fell in a puddle of water and had to be taken by wheel chair to see the Dr. He hurt his left leg and hip. He had to see the Dr. Twice a day while we on the ship. We could not get off the ship to sightsee because he could not walk very far. At 2:30 a.m on Tuesday we got a call from the front desk that they were going to have to move us because there was a water leak. We asked them if we needed to take everything with us and they said no you will be back in there Tuesday. I had paid fora balcony and we were moved to a inside room. Tuesday and Wednesday we did not here from anyone on the status of the room. The service desk was not helpful at all. We found out on Thursday that our room was ready Wednesday night at 9:00 p.m. But we were not notified of this. We asked several times to talk to the manager of the service desk but they kept saying they would tell her. Finally Thursday afternoon we got to talk to her and she said she didn't know we needed to talk to her. We told her she needed to retrain her workers because they were rude and not helpful. Supposedly they are giving us a voucher for what we paid for the cruise. We will see. My husband still having problems with left hip and leg and is in lots of pain.
