The cruise was good, however, we did not stop at half-moon cay. This was a major disappointment. Seeing as the Carnival owns the island, I think we could have waited out the weather. The staff did not do too much to fill the time with two days at sea. Due to the cancellation of the excursion to half-moon cay, everyone was already awake, and by noon the only pool on the ship was filled with a bunch of drunk people. My kids were going stir crazy by the second day at sea. The reason we chose a cruise with so many stops is because there would be more to do.
The faster to the fun, a waste of money,, we didn't get to check in any earlier than anyone else, there was only a wait at dinner one night and they would not accept the faster to the fun card that night, the only time we would use it to tender before anyone else was half-moon cay, the only thing it was good for was to get off the ship earlier than anyone else, and i don't think that is worth $50.00.
On the upside, the service was unbelievable at dinner everyday with Ali as our waiter and with Alberto as our room steward.
