Just got off the 9 day Bermuda and Caribbean cruise. My husband, my 10 year old son and myself had a fantastic time! Our room attendant, Joy, was very good. We ended up eating in Silk most nights because we loved our wait team of DaVinci and Horace. Excellent service!!! (FYI - all of the 4 MDR have the same nightly menu). This ship is fantastic for younger cruisers or families. I could understand how older cruisers or individuals with mobility issues would find this huge ship to be problematic. The Pros: -We loved being able to pre-book activities and the shows prior to boarding. - IFly is an amazing experience but we wished that each session got a 2nd round of one minute in the tunnel. - My husband and son did the Flowrider private lesson and loved it! The two instructors were excellent! - Loved the artwork and overall look of the ship - My son enjoyed the camp for kids - We Will Rock You is a very good show - Loved the Wow bands but wished they could be used when getting off and boarding the ship at ports versus having to use Seapass card - Seaplex is amazing!!! Loved bumper cars and trapeze. One of our favorite areas of the ship! - Loved the crepes station at the Windjammer in the morning...just wish that we had found him a couple days sooner! - The amount of outlets in the cabin The Cons: - The food was not quite as good as other cruises we have been on. The buffet was ok but not great and seating was constantly a problem! Chops Grille was good but my "medium" steak was bleeding and I had to send it back. Jamie's Italian was just fair. The MDR had some good dishes. - The elevators...most of the time there was a long wait. - The Shore Excursion desk people were not overly helpful and there weren't enough on duty - We felt the balcony room was a little narrow.
