Our favorite part of the cruise, of course, was the ride through the canal. It was fascinating and interesting to learn of its history. Other than the canal, we most enjoyed having 2 weeks to unplug, relax and enjoy each other's company. 

As for improvements, overall it was a wonderful experience. The staff was great. The entertainment was top notch and the ship itself was comfortable. The only negative for us was the food offered for vegetarians. We ate mostly in the Garden Cafe and while there was always something to eat, it wasn't really special. Some days, the only entree was Indian and while we love Indian food, it didn't vary much over the 2 week cruise. I got monotonous. The selections in the main dining room, either didn't appeal to us or on the two occasions when we went there, one of the meals was pitiful. It consisted of a plate of rice with two teaspoons of an Indian vegetable dish. When I looked around at the nice dinners served others, I was very disappointed. This is the only negative aspect of our experience on board.
