The staff on the Rhapsody of the Seas was phenomenal. I was less than pleased with the internet connection in my stateroom had many issues with this however the staff was more than happy to try to solve the problem. The fact that you cannot change your shore excursions within 24 hours of the Excursion was quite a surprise.
