April 2017 - 7 Night California Coastal (Los Angeles Roundtrip) Cruise on Ruby Princess
This is our sixth cruise and we were pretty disappointed in this Ruby Princess cruise. The Horizon Court food was very disappointing. The formal night photographer we had take our picture was a total ass! Cabin steward was totally awesome and Anthony, our waiter in Michelangelo dining room was the best ever. It seems that princess is really cutting corners and cutting down on Customer Service. We are disappointed enough that we are going to go back to Royal Caribbean for our next cruise.
