Great Ship, Unprofessional Staff
The ship was great, the merchandise staff was good, our room steward was excellent. The food service staff was poor. The food was mediocre. The photographer Juliana was rude to our party of 10 with 5 balcony cabins on two separate occasions. She should be fired or be given extremely careful supervision. A complaint was done about her before we disembarked.
