Very much enjoyed getting away for awhile on Caribbean Princess. The first day the sea was a little rough but the next morning all was good. The food in the buffet was fair. I found the dining rooms to have much better quality. The staff was,for the most part, very good. Our room steward did a great job. The bed was uncomfortable and she did all she could to help. She put a mattress pad on the bed but it's hard to fix a worn out bed. Each of the ports were interesting. Went on excursions at all ports and had a good time with the locals and the other guests. Good food and good fun. Overall we did have a good time after the morning backache went away.

While the quality of the evening meals was somewhat less than might have been expected, the other food was excellent and plentiful and the dinner service was outstanding. The shows and available activities were very good. The staterooms seemed smaller than those on the one other cruise we have taken. But the shower and bathroom area was better, there was good water pressure and temperature. Again, the sevice was very good. The best part of the trip was the company since we were a 17-member party gathered for a family reunion..

if buying an Internet package be sure you have a good wifi connection when you log off or you lose some of those expensive minutes. Not very good wifi.

Eating on deck 11 was the best place --lots of serving stations, plenty of good food and great views.
