reviewed their Mexico cruise on Carnival Imagination and gave it 1 star!
shared a quick tip for Carnival Imagination"1. Publish upcoming weather report in your print-out day schedule. That way passengers will be prepared for rain, sun or storm in advance!
2. Show recent movies in the cabin

It was the most terrible cruise experience we've ever had and it happens to be on Carnival Imagination ship! Do not take me wrong, the captain did absolutely everything to make us feel safe during the 48 hours of the worst storm ever! Thank you very much!!!!!!!
OK, the cruise management can't be responsible for the weather condition, we got it! But, all itinerary changes announcement were made at the last moment! With the present technologies the weather reports are pretty accurate for at least 2-3 days ahead. So, I don't believe you did not know about coming storm and yet, all the changes were made in the last hour???!!!
Is there any plan B to make sure the passengers are still happy and have a lot of things to do and be entertained during that very scary time? NO!!!
The entertainment was very poor considering that the main show was cancelled due to a safety reason (very understandable). But, there was nothing offered as a substitution.
How about recent movie releases or free internet for 2 stormy days for people who can't drink, and smoke, and gamble? The choices of movies in the cabin (TV) are ancient! What should we do on the ship when the decks are closed, the pool can't be available, show is cancelled? Eat, drink, eat, gamble, eat, drink, drink, drink? I guess, that is one way for Carnival not to offer the passengers some intensives for having 2 terrible days out of 3 full days on the ship.
After this experience we will never book another Carnival cruise ever!!!!
