Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras - Took a civilian tour around the island. Went to the monkey, sloth and parrot sanctuary was great. Then went to a nice beach for 1 1/2 hours. Was $30 apiece and thru Bodden Tours. Was well worth it.
Cozumel, Mexico - Went into town by taxi and got to see alot of the town. Right down town they also had many shops and cafes. It was extremely crowded as there were 7 cruis ships in town.
Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico - Was not much there. They had a "village" of shops on the pier that got old pretty quick.
Galveston, Texas - Was not there long. Was easy to get to and leave.
Liberty of the Seas - Our cabin was about as far forward as you can get and our dining room was way at the back of the ship. We found to go to dinner it was way easier to take the elevator down to the 4th deck, go outside on either side and walk down the deck to the end and then come in to the dining room.
