Had mixed feelings about this ship after reading so many mixed reviews and only ever been on smaller NCL ships (Gem and Jade). Here is my opinion now that I have experienced it. It is a megaship. It was designed to to fit a lot of passengers on it. But I did not find it to be overwhelming at all. Sometimes, not many, the elevators were crowded and you might have had an extra minute or two wait. No big deal, just have some patience and again, we only experienced this a couple of times and that was when a show let out or when reboarding from a tender. If you want a chair around the aqua park or in Spice h20, don't come out at 11 am expecting to find one. You should probably be out there by 930 or 10 at the latest. The staff was awesome, Andre the CD was the best I have ever seen. Along with his Cruise Ditector's staff members, Lester, Monet, Jojo and Crystal they made every activity fun and over the top. The food is what it is like on any other NCL ship. It is all based on your personal preferences. Some like it, some do not. The entire staff was wonderful, friendly, informative and helpful at all times. Our overall experience was very positive, enjoyable and unforgetable.

Cruise tips

Falmouth, Jamaica

Port area is very quaint, lots of nice shopping options. We took an excursion to Dolphin Cove and Dunns River Falls in Ocho Rios. A nice bus ride by an awesome driver named Daniel and the best tour guide ever, Aneita made it very enjoyable. Kayaked in the ocean at Dolphin Cove had a nice lunch there then went to the Falls which was breath taking!!! A must experience at least once in your life.

George Town, Grand Cayman

Beautiful Island!!! Already looking at spending a full week there. The Cayman Turtle center is a must do. The island was clean and well taken care of.
