We boarded at this port,was dissapointed with the distance we had to walk to reach ship.
Nieuw Amsterdam
Got on in Venice. To board the ship there were no signs to direct us to the ship. When we found out where to go by other cruisers, we had to walk a long distance with luggage to check in and board. Was very, very dissappointed with the cruise line in this regard.

I've only been on two other cruises and found this ship to be lovely. Cabin was clean and kept up each day..Crew very helpful/friendly/food excellent and the shows were high quality.
