Had my cruise on auto pay. They called me two days in advance to remind me the money was coming out.i asked about lower rates so they dropped my price 100 dollars. I mentioned I may want to use partial payment. They cancelled my autopay and my cruise got cancelled....had to rebook. I lost carnival credits credits and had to pay $1000.00 more for the cruise. Cruise was supposed to be around $2000 but had to pay 3000. I know someone got the notice I did not pay......WHY NOT A COURTESY CALL. I've booked multiple trips on
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMIS!!!!
