Best part of the cruise was the food, drinks, and entertainment. The ship was also very clean, considering that 3400 people were on the boat.
The worst part about our experience was when attempted to book an excursion. We went to the desk and met with "Natali" to discuss our interests; she made a recommendation, at which time we inquired about the price for the excursion...seems like a simple thought progression. She seemed annoyed, but told us the price per person. When we started to discuss the option, she was dismissive - she said "next customer" really loud. We also had a poor interaction with her again on land in Cozumel. She failed to mention that the excursion time was based on "ship time" and not local time. When we called her out on it, she was again rude and made it sound like we simply had to be the ones that were incorrect...
