we arrived early, my husband and i had no assigned room. (understood}. after 2 !/2 hours, of being told that there were problems with the guests leaving, we were assigned room 4303. an extremely small room. our steward , whom we never met, was not consistent in bringing ice, which we requested, via a note. our last evening, we did not get clean towels, nor face cloths. we found the entire check in process unacceptabe, considering the fact that rooms were available the evening before sailing. when i asked for an upgrade due to the fact that this was disorderly, and frustrating, i was told that the ship was sold out. after 3 Ncl cruises in 18 months, and 9 cruises before "lattitudes", I will probably go back to Royal Caribbean. so sorry.
