I had planned a 4 day get away to celebrate my boyfriends 50th birthday. We were so excited to have a few days to ourselves. He had not been on a vacation for 8 years. Upon arrival we were herded onto the boat and given a buffet that tasted like day old cafeteria food. It was cold/ bad weather and the ship had no heat, anywhere. It was freezing.  From there we went into our room where two single mattresses were pushed together. This would have been fine except they came apart so easily and there was this huge gap in the middle of the bed every night. 

As as I stated earlier it was my boyfriends birthday. Not a piece of cake. Not a happy birthday, nothing. Oh yes, except for two gift cards to the spa that were unusable as they were expired or under value. 

So i spent approximately 1000$ to freeze for a weekend, sleep poorly and eat mediocre food. Yay
