January 2016 - Celebrity Equinox to Caribbean
Our third cruise (Princess and Carnival) overall - loved the layout of the ship, great public areas and activities that bring people together. Latin line dance lessons daily by the pool were super fun. Cruise Director Alejandro was fantastic. St Kitts was our favorite unspoiled stop. Veranda Staterooms are very well laid out (awesome shower). Staff were very friendly. Shows were good, outside guests better than the main "broadway" style shows.
The food in main dining room was inconsistent at best. Not even close to both our previous experiences. Pastas overcooked, some main courses were bland. Of course you can ask for a different dish if you don't like what you ordered, but you really don't want to have to do that every night! If you choose the ship, DO NOT choose anytime dining. Even though we had 6:30 reservation every night, we were constantly moved around and servers do not know you.
Embarkation was a total nightmare as others have said - they gave the ship a smaller terminal than expected, and so we give them half a pass on that.
