I never experienced smoking on a ship all over! Inside, outside, by pool, by bar, in lounges it was horrible! For the PREMIUM $55 per day beverage package required EVERYONE in your room to pay for the same package (which include the pregnant wife); resulting in a room of 2 @ $110 per day and even with that it included NO water, NO juice, NO pop and only 2 wine choices at dinner. It was one of those fine prints where you needed to read the exclusions.
