I do because it helps spread the cool air around the cabin. And if we are not in the aft of the ship, it helps drown out the noise. Carnival lets you bring a fan as long as it is 12 inches or under.

Yes of course, but only after confirming that the batteries were put in, with the little bumps towards the fan blade, and not upside down.
I will on this next cruise. My husband loves sleeping with a fan blowing in his face. And even though I hate the fan on me, I'm going to surprise him with one.
