niceness! We are looking at Canada/NE in 2020 for our 10th anniversary. Love your riverboat cruise idea!
That was considered, but we wanted a BIG event. My first inclination was to sail around the British Isles on Princess or to the Northern Lights on Princess... but there are a few "hick-ups" for those adventures for us. We are still searching and maybe we'll do more than one major event.
The Colorado season is over. We will work one as volunteers in Santa Fe, NM next month. We have no trips planed to visit others, but that often changes.
I am gearing up for "cruise season". We are sailing in October then a B2B in January and October 2020. We are planning something big in the Spring of 2021 for our 50th anniversary. Right now a Riverboat cruise on the Columbia with a Louis & Clark theme is winning.

Hope you enjoy your visit! Please be patient with the road construction. The completion date keeps getting moved further into the future.

Thanks Pinky! I made the mistake of signing up for an additional teaching cert ended up it was far below what I do technically and watching the videos kept putting me to sleep, but hey it was worthy me getting a $500 stipend to sleep during videos! That's great cruise fund money!
How are the festivals going?

Hey everyone, long time no talk. I do check out the board but usually that's all the time I have. Classes are starting Friday, just got my syllabi completed and getting the classes ready. 83ish days til our cruise. Does Joe and Grayce come around?
Haven't seen them. Only a few transferred over, but it's good to see you're still busy and still cruising.

It's budget "season" at work.. fun times. I have been inputting numbers on spreadsheets for days.. so with I was anywhere but here!
My folks booked their next cruise using the discount we all got for the Vista inconvenience.. a 7 day cruise from Galveston.. INCLUDING gratuity, and taxes... $628 for both of them! As soon as I get my bonus I am going to see what kind of deal we get.. Santa may bring another cruise for Christmas. My son will be SO excited.
Just about ready to head back home. Cannot say I have been lounging the past 11 days but had to strip the old deck and lay some new composite boards on the deck at the cottage. Finally finished and cleaned everything up late yesterday. Just in time to go back to work tomorrow, Ugg ... would rather have been on an 11 night cruise
