when is the muster drill if your cruise starts with an overnight in your embarkation city, and you aren’t scheduled to leave til 8:00 the following evening ?

Interesting question, I've never thought about that. I guess I'd assume the next morning but have no clue - curious to see if anyone around here knows.

I’m guessing it will be when we board on the second night, before we depart.

I am guessing it will be 1 to 2 hours before scheduled departure as it is with most cruises.

That would be my guess also, we boarded a ship that was in dock the day before we boarded and the muster drill was an hour or so before we left. Some folks boarded the day before.
