What would you like to see on a ship ?

I'd like to see a cigar roller on a ship.  It's so cool watching them create a beautiful cigar from mostly ugly leaves.    Combine that with a bourbon tasting event.    Then a cigar party on the topmost deck.

Right now, the only thing I want to see on a ship is me!

Other than that (and the common complaints of degrading service and more charges) I cannot think of anything the ships lack (only considering Princess, Carnival and Celebrity)

On a side note, has anyone ever rolled their own cigar ? It's a fun process. A bit of a learning curve, but fun to do.

I think it may be a fun hobby to learn, if I smoked cigars.

I already have a wasted hobby -- I like brewing beer, but don't drink much.

Used to when we lived in Florida and could get supplies at Little Havana but more for fun than practicality ..

I would like to see; Walk-thru 'Cones of Forgetfulness' throughout the ship.

Gamble too much? Have your significant other walk thru the cone and they forget you were gambling. Drink too much? Same cone! Getting caught talking to the pretty boy/girl at the pool? Same cone! Eat that third stack of pancakes. OK. On this one, I walk thru the cone! Get into a heated discussion with another passenger - hand-in-hand thru the Cone!

Remember - what happens on the ship, STAYS on the ship - thanks to the 'Cones of Forgetfulness'. (There will probably have to be LOTS of these on each ship. Just saying!)

I've found that the older I get, the less I need a cone to forgetBig Smile

From an old (original) Star Trek episode -- A virtual reality room.

A room you could enter and relive a portion of your earlier life.

A room you could enter and change one verbal exchange you had earlier in your life.

A room you could enter and see how people might live in your time, under different

A room you could enter and say - what if I did this, instead of that.

A room where you could actually hear Mickey Mouse talk!

A room where you could re-talk to your Grandparents (aka 'Peggy Sue Got Married')

A room where you could meet Mariah Carey (OK - that is MY room. Everyone else OUT!!!)

A room you could have all to yourself - to imagine life, dreams, hopes, prayers --

-- and all would come true.

Yes. A virtual reality room on a cruise ship, So very nice!

Included in the price of the cruise of course. No extra charges for this fantasy. 'Cause it is mine!

I'll admit that a holodeck (ST-TNG) would be super cool, but I'm not sure I could afford it.

As a tobacco farm in my youth I will say yes. We tried to roll a cigar, chew it, even tried to make our own smokes until we got caught.

What I would like to see is a ship where passengers do not hog pool lounges all day and spend little time on them.
