What's the largest cruise ship you've ever sailed?

Just curious: What's the largest cruise ship you've ever sailed? AND, what's the newest you've ever sailed? Not new as in currently right now — new as in the time it took between when it came out until you got onboard.

My largest is Symphony of the Seas, and no one can beat me because that's currently the largest cruise ship in the world Wink And my newest would be both Symphony and Norwegian Encore, since I was on inaugural cruises for both of those.

Allure of the seas..2 times! at the time of both cruises, she was the largest cruise ship in the world, and also the newest we have sailed.

We were supposed to go on Symphony in 28 days making her our largest, but alas, this damned virus ruined it for us Crying

So sorry your trip was ruined! But definitely try to sail on Symphony in the future still, I LOVED it.

We went with Oasis(again) for Next year. I couldn't stomach to pay almost $300 more per person to go on Symphony for the same timeframe next year. Although we may be able to swing another short cruise this December with the leftover FCC!

Norwegian Bliss February 23rd, 2020 for me!

Largest = Symphony of the Seas – gotta love a world record holder!

Newest is tougher. We’ve been on a few US inaugural sailings and seen a couple of champagne bottles smashed on ship’s bows, but a lot of them spend time in Europe before coming over. Probably Norwegian’s Pride of America in June 2005.

Symphony of the Seas

Was on the Horizon one year ago today. Sigh.....
