Help us complete our list of important things to bring on a cruise. There's a lot and we are looking for the essentials. We will use it to complete our blog content and we would like to get your insights, coming from our fellow cruisers. Thank you.
What are your must bring items
Medications, passports, boarding documents are the significant items.
Electronics chargers if needed.
About half the clothing you were planning on taking, and only two pairs of shoes.
Passport, cruise documents, credit card. Anything else can be replaced.
As well as the above I insist on my camera and charger. Medications, both over the counter and prescriptions are a must. You never know what you will find or where in a foreign country. A bit of cash money as well as a cc and make sure you carry with you at all times any travel or health insurance you have.
All of the above replies, except I pack at least 2 pair of sandals (one casual and 1 pr dressy), plus flip flops, a pair of casual shoes for some walking excursions and dress shoes. 2 bathing suits, cover up and enough mix/match clothes for casual and dressy times on board. We also pack extra memory cards and batteries for my husband ‘s camera.
That cracked me up. But I know you are referring to what we call a flash light.
A good attitude! Leave your problems home.
Some clorox wipes to wipe down the door nob, tv remote, night stand, safe key pad, cabinets, dresser, light switches and bathroom surfaces you will touch in your cabin.
Also a light sweater in case it is cool at night on the ship and maybe a light water proof jacket like a Wind Breaker depending on your destination.
Brought my international plug adaptor to provide another outlet I could plug my US products in for charging.
Most cabins have only one or 2 electrical outlets and not neatr the bed, extenstion cord and splitter, but not a surge protector.
