We are all different but Id like your opinions

Im hoping to book a trip to the southern Caribbean June 2017.  Hope I can get a mid balcony because I wont start booking until March.  I wont commit until I know I can travel due to work.  My question is I hear mixed reviews about Aruba, St. Kitts and Martinique.  Yes.. As stated ive read reviews.  Id like to hear from my friends on this forum.  A review is a review but here we can reply.  Thanks.

I've only been to Aruba and really enjoyed it.  Loved the beach.

Aruba is nice, but HOT.   ST. KITTS is ok. Martinique I have no idea.  Southern Caribbean cruises are usually very good. It leaves from San Juan I assume.

Aruba is one of our favorite ports.  Someday we want to book a cruise with all of the ABC islands.  St.Kitts is nice, the island tour was very informative. Martinique, we'd probably stay on the ship if we went back. They want your money, but not you on their island.

St. Kitts is nice. We took a scenic railroad tour that went around the island.

Aruba was great--bring flip-flops--sand is blistering, water great-local beer tasty.

Our opinion for what it is worth...

Aruba - not our favorite port.  It is dry, hot and quite windy. We have never been particularly impressed.

St. Kitts - liked it but did not love it.

Martinique - have never stopped there.

I will be in all three in November so will update you more then.  I've been to Aruba several times and enjoy traveling the island via jeep. It's been years since I was in St. Kitts and Martinique but there were beautiful beaches back then. I love anywhere in the Caribbean having lived there for three years.

I will be cruising with my son in November and doing 3 B2B cruises throughout the entire area. Big update /review to follow in December!

Can't comment, but those are spots I want to go to as well!

Ok.  Thanks.  The replies so far align with the reviews ive read.   Its a mixed bag.  It will help me and others decide on a trip.  Yes.I know the ship is all the fun and we run out of islands to visit.  So.. Im thinking the southern.

I have been to Aruba and enjoyed it. All of the islands have their own beauty and you ust need to appreciate each island for what it has. Our last cruise stopped in all 3 of the ABC islands, Bonaire, Curacao, and Aruba and I loved all 3 of them. Each is different but all 3 are very dry which was fine with me. Not sure about the other two you ask about as I have not been but I liked Aruba.
