We all like cruising but what do we hate about it to make the whiners happy?

Being forced off the ship at the end.

Yep... Like cattle... They might as well make an announcement. WE GOT YOUR MONEY HOPE YOU HAD A NICE TIME... NOW GET THE F OUTTA HERE!

You cannot ever make whiners happy. If they don't have anything to whine about, they whine about that

I think that's the point of this thread, give something to the whiners to whine about so they'll stay away.

How about starting at day one? Tell them that their first day is shot by a multi-hour safety drill that involves having everyone stand outside under the hot sun in summer or chilled air in winter. If they pass out they may have to leave the ship and have their cruise end before it begins. Soooo, you might not want to go.

Tell them "I was having a wonderful time until a whiner came up and forced me to listen to how horrible he thought the trip was."

Then walk away.

I really hate that

we get to sit in a private area before boarding with juices and crumpets at our pleasure - I hate it! We cannot see all the first time cruisers who are so excited about their FIRST cruise. We cannot share that excitement. I hate it! we get invited to all these parties with half price drinks, or free drinks, and appetizers galore - I hate it! My appetite is over before I even sit down to dinner! we get priority tender boarding. Great, now I get to sit by myself waiting for the normal passengers to arrive and make the private island a 'happening place' by their presence. No, I just sit here by myself in my little private corner - bored. I hate it! We get invited to all these private parties and have to decide which to attend, and which to -- sadly -- not attend. I hate it! Give me the crowds at the pool, the long buffet lines, the 40-person long pizza line, the 45-minute wait to go down a 15-second water slide. I hate it! I hate writing any more of this. THAT should make a LOT of you happy. SO THERE!!!

Great thread, maybe tell them they are forced to smile at least once a day!

Good stuff GIL155, had me giggling. Big Smile

Continuing on with discouraging whiners from boarding the ship.

Day two, the first sea day. God awful. You'll hate it. All day long there are activities and entertainment throughout the ship that I just know you'll find boring. And you don't even want to know about all the free food you have available all day and night. You most likely will find it too bland, too salty, too hot, or too cold. And if you do decide to eat you'll probably eat too much and get a stomach ache, ptomain poisoning, or get the runs. And speaking of runs, when you need to use the restroom you'll be hard pressed to find one that isn't cleaned to your standards and most likely most will be clogged. Soooo, you might not want to go.

Too Funny!

Heres not to add:

Someone evades your privacy twice a day in your stateroom and cleans up your mess!
