Watching Florence while cruise dreaming

Hi everyone, from slightly western NorthCarolina, watching the storm, we have the tropical rain here in Jacksonville, nowhere near the bad stuff they had on the coast.

Our Brillance of the Seas in 74 days! Going to do the hop on off trolley and aquarium visit in Key West. Not planning on doing anything in Cozumel except maybe grab some diamond rings for about $5K...Wink. Ok maybe a rum cake.

What do y'all like to do in Cozumel?

Brian, glad to hear you're ok. Last time in Cozumel, went to Margaritaville, they after Jen got off work went to La Choza restaurant with her friends. Really good food. Then to the Mega store(like Walmart) for crew supplies. Jay went scuba diving there with Sand Dollar Sports. I'm not much help.

Have only been to Cozumel once and I wanted to see the ruins so we took a tour to Tulum.

Usually do the shops and eateries along the stretch of road outside the cruise terminal.

We did the ruins in Tulum............... if you do this, bring some OFF with you.... when you get inland lots of bugs.

We just got back today from Grand Cayman and Cozumel. While we were in Cozumel we took a taxi ($17 for 4 people)to Mr. Sanchos...all inclusive $55 for the day per person, 2 pools, swim up bar in one of the pools ocean, kayaks, beach volleyball, ocean, volleyball,  all the food and drinks you could ever want. The beach was beautiful and the servers were the bomb. My glass was never empty. They also have some little shops there as well.

Glad you checked in Brian - we were hoping you, Danyl and the family were ok.

In Cozumel we like to take a taxi to Paradise Beach. We don’t use the all inclusive package, so we pay about $3 each to use tha facilities and buy some food and bottled water. They have a beautiful beach and gorgeous pool area. We’ve done a tour of Tuluum too and it was great.

thanks Ruben sounded like you had a great time

Thanks Bonnie!

Still in for about 10 more inches if rain. Told my dad it was liquid sunshine, his reply, we better get sunscreen

LOL  I like your Dad's attitude :)

We wander around the shops in Cozumel.  Have taken an island tour by cab.  The "other" side of the island has some breathtaking views.  Have gone to a beach club.

Cozumel kind of seems like an old friend to us.

Love to watch the pier runners--Cozumel is one of the best places for this.

I'm in NE, in the Boston area, and the most we'll get here is rain...rain...and more rain!  And some of the cruise lines are redirecting their itineraries up here, including Norwegian, so some of you might get to pay me a visit! lol!
