Want to help improve Cruiseline.com? Here's your chance!

Cruiseline.com needs your help to improve our site! We're assembling a panel of our dedicated cruisers to give us feedback on current and potential new features.

If you're interested in participating in occasional 20 to 30 minute online sessions to share your opinion, we want to hear from you! We're looking for cruisers in the US & Canada who have high-speed internet and can join the sessions from a desktop computer or a laptop (as opposed to a smart phone or tablet) and you must have a working camera and microphone (either built-in or an accessory).

Members who are selected to help us will receive Amazon gift cards, Cruiseline.com Crew loyalty points and other tokens of our appreciation.

Interested in joining our panel? Email hello@cruiseline.com with "Member Feedback Panel" in the subject line. Please include your cruiseline.com username, your state and phone number in the email. Each time we convene a panel, we'll choose members at random to participate, and we'll do our best to schedule these sessions at your convenience.

Come on guys,  lets have everyone one sign up for this.   It will be fun and rewarding.   The more people we get signed up the more balanced the data will be since it will not just be from the same one or two people all the time Big Smile

I've only been a member since August and I didn't think it was broken.  What kind of improvements are you thinking about?

I'm thinking about signing up, but when would the sessions be, and using what medium (ie text chat, Skype, etc).

At least initially, they would be one-on-one sessions that we would work to schedule at your convenience. In the future, we might hold group sessions/focus groups but again would work to fit everyone's schedule.

We'll be using a yet to be determined online meeting service (i.e. GoToMeeting or similar), as we want to be able to watch you interact with cruiseline.com and other content.

If you're interested, submit the email and if for some reason you don't want to participate when your name is drawn, no worries. We'll put you back in the hat and maybe next time you'll be able to help.

It's not broken. You may not realize it, but we roll out small improvements & enhancements to the site nearly every week. We also look at redesigning particular pages/sections of the site on a regular basis, and we want to start seeing how our members interact with those features (or the planned changes) before we make final decisions. We'd love to have your input!

Separate bathrooms would be nice.  With roomier stalls.  I hate it when my a** touches the stall wall.
