Virgin Cruise Lines

Has anyone been keeping up with the announcements on Virgin Cruise Lines?

I just read an update concerning their suite designs -- all feature a "peek-a-boo" shower both in the room and on the balcony.

Somehow, the way they are selling it, seems like an expensive version of WalMartSad

It is what the "hipsters" want .... I recall seeing a video a few months ago (think I posted a link to it) of some of the new "design" features for their new ships ... don't think i will be booking with them anytime soon.

I was really looking forward to them posting the itineraries.

The more I see about them, though, the more I am inclined to look elsewhere.

I am just not sure I want to go on a cruise where the passengers bathe on the balcony, a tattoo parlor on board and no real private areas.

Tattoo parlor on board? Let's hope they are closed when the waters are rough Surprised

Apparently they are filling a niche. Probably not one for me, but who knows.Wink

I agree with you AuntPinkie. But if it’s cheap enough I may give it a try.
