Travel Charger WITHOUT Surge Protector

What make & model device do you take on your cruise to recharge your phones, camera & ipad that DOES NOT have surge protection? Each of our devices have a USB and plug adapter. Everything I have found has a surge protector.

Thanks !!

I use a portable solar powered device called Wagan Solar e Charger

by Wagan Corp.  Got it on Overstock I think

However your USB plug and adapter should plug into the wall with no issues.

We brought a multi USB port charger on our last cruise... Just plugs into the wall and has like 5 USB slots... That and the USB on the TV can charge a phone too.

Are you sure it's not just an on / off switch for the strip ?

I just use an extension cord that I plug the chargers into.   It rolls up small and fits into a packed shoe.

Thank you! This is what I am interested in...just a USB charger...small & simple!  I found one on amazon.com last evening that was reasonably priced and will house 4 USBs.

Thanks for the sensible USB solutions. I like to keep things simple!

YAY! They are handy... We have 2 at our home and could use more. Its nice to have at an end table and plug things in.
