I would add a stop in at Santo Thomas Winery started in 1888 by monks.   They have a show room in town if you do not have time to go out the the valley,  often this is a stop on the wine tasting excursion.   Great wines that they export to Europe.  They also have excellent cold presses olive oil.   That is the only reason I get off the ship at this stop.  I guess I have done this stop so often not much left for me to see here.

To the new travelers..... if a guy on the street says "hey guys are you looking for a date?   my sister is free"   1.  It is not a date.   2. It is not his sister and    3.  It is not free.  I mention this as last time I was with a buddy walking down the main shopping street we were approached on one side of the street for a "Date"  on the other side of the street walking back to the bus were asked if we wanted a "massage with happy ending"  Gota love Ensanada.

I enjoyed La Bufadora.

Someone say wine???

They make an Excellent port....... I always take a few bottles home with me.   If they have the Wine tasting tour that goes out to the vineyards worth the time and price of the excursion.   Big Smile

Someone say Happy Ending? lol I stay on the Ship in Ensenada. Last time I WAS there, a Handicapped Guy with 1 eye asked if I wanted a picture with his parrot...lol...I just gave the guy a 20...One time the smell was so horrific that we couldn't even be on the DECK of the ship...That was fun....Nope, don't go to Ensenada anymore...

Haha you had really bad luck, ensenada is amazing. You wish you guys could have this Gourmet food and wine and landscapes. Everything is Cheap , delicious and beautiful .

Maybe Ill go again, then. You never had any issues?

LaBufadora was super - did the ship excursion and other than a 5ft iguana thrust in my arms at one of the stops, the places we stopped were nice.Super aggressive sales people which is customary in Mexico but lots of interesting booths on the walk down to the blow hole at LaBufadora with usual "knock-off" handbags etc.  Probably best deals I've seen throughout Mexico on pottery!
