The weather has been great here.

Here in NY the weather has been very Autumn-like.  Now is the time to head up to Canada, via New England, on a ship.

The fall leaves changing colour on the maple trees are spectacular. This would be a great time to cruise the east coast, and stop to have one of our Beaver Tails, and a cup of Tim Horton's coffee.

The weather finally broke here in S Texas -- last week was continual rain, and this week should remain below 90 with a chance of rain.

Unfortunately, no beaver tails and no Tim Horton'sSad

A leaf peeping cruise has been on my wish list for a while now, but, my DH isn't interested. Sad

Well the leaves never really change here in New Orleans, if and when the weather cools they will just dry up and fall off.  I guess that's what we call "Fall" here.  lol    I did go to Michigan last year and actually saw the leaves changing colors....so beautiful and amazing!  Something so beautiful should never be taken for granted! Happy

Planning for next year

I always loved seeing the fall foliage.  Every year in October we would take drives to see the changing colors.  It was glorious.  I miss that in Florida.

Trees? You have Trees? I've forgotten what a Tree looks like!Big Smile

All we have here is scrub and cactusSad

Remembering the road trip my son and I took last year at this time through New England... smiling to myself that we found logic in flying home to Las Vegas after a cruise from Long Beach via Portland Maine ... I can cost justify almost anything Happy
