THAT FCC WAS BURNING A HOLE IN OUR POCKETS

We used a chunk of it to pay off the NOV NCL cruise, and still had a healthy stack left over, plus a bunch of Cruisenext coupons. Just so happened that NCL's NEW schedule came out today!!! so we booked another one for 4/22, by the time we used up the balance of the FCC, and a couple more Cruisenext coupons, mentally we're cruising for almost nada.....well. I can still add and subtract, so I know better, but it sure "feels" like it... That makes a total of 5 booked between NCL and CCL....the only disappointment was we booked CCL RADIANCE because she was undergoing a major refit and redo. That was cancelled or delayed. such problems!!! the world is going to hell in handbasket and we worry about cruising...

We are all on here because we love cruising, I am sure this will be past us someday. I just wish we knew when someday is. Sorry you will miss the Radiance. We went on the Sunrise last year out of NYC, we really liked the ship. We had been on her before the dry dock and name change. It wasn't a new ship but it was a nice improvement. The only problem we had was a hurricane so we lost 3 days in Bermuda and got 1 day in Charleston SC. We did get 100 percent FCC which was nice but you can put out some big bucks at the bar floating around the Atlantic for 6 days. I hope all your other cruises go as scheduled.

My bad...you misunderstood...the RADIANCE's redo was cancelled or delayed...not our cruise...its still on!!!

I used my FCC from NCL to book a June 2021 cruise to Alaska with airfare. They were running a special. Round trip from the East coast to Seattle was $200. I’ve done 25+ cruises, but this will be my first time for Alaska, Really looking forward to it. I also have a 7 day Caribbean cruise Aug. 2020 and a 12 day Southern Caribbean cruise in Dec. 2020. Not sure if I’m ready for the August cruise yet. Not until I know what changes the cruise lines are making to protect theIr passengers.

I wondered how long you would hold out, Yankee. Now I have my answer. Congratulations.

Good bargains. Hopefully this chaos ends soon.

I need to check the new schedule to see if there is anything really compelling to book. I still want the one at end of Nov 2020 but still not sure about things. Got to convince the boss. I do know that the cruise has gone up in price $400 per person over the last month for a balcony while I have been waffling.

We read the "rules" carefully...didn't book til after the 27th but still got the 20% off...you should too.
