Started a review. What am I doing wrong?

I got mostly done with my review of Celebrity Millennium Alaska and they tabulated the rating at 4.1 stars. I thought that was too low so I changed an answer. When I went back, it was even lower. I reviews my answers, changing nothing and my rating went down to 3.2. How is my rating 3.2 when I gave them all 4s and 5s? I didn’t post my review because it would be totally inaccurate to give such a poor rating. What happened?

The overall rating should reflect a sum of all the other ratings. Not really sure what happened but it sounds like one of your areas has reset to 0 when you did the edit. Was there an area or comment that you skipped

I checked my answers and the only one I didn't answer was kids' programs but it was checked as not applicable. The weird part is that every time I scrolled to the bottom, the score got lower, even without refreshing the page or making changes. Anyway, I would rate Celebrity Millennium Alaska at 4.8, in case anybody's interested.

Maybe open a new browser and do a new review copy and pasting your comments over to the new one.You can always include your rating in the title or the start of the review.

Thanks. I started over on a new device. It all worked fine. Not sure what the problem was, but there is a disclaimer that the rating isn't just an average so I don't know what kind of artificial intelligence decided that I didn't really like my cruise all that much. Happy
