Spa Treatments

Greetings fellow cruisers! I am on the fence to try acupuncture on my next cruise. I have done massages and facials, and have had an enjoyable time. Was wondering if there is anyone with experience with acupuncture, or even the hair salon (was contemplating a nice blow out for a formal night).

Thank you in advanced!Happy

It depends what you want the acupuncture for. I doesn't work for smokers who like to drink.  In know that for sure......Look at what you are spending on the little needles and then spend it on a really decadent spa treatment like a super massage and facial with a kick ass hairdo for formal night and get plenty of pictures.

I have tried the acupuncture thing on more than one occasion. It really does work.... But not when you are on a Holiday.  Spoil yourself... and enjoy the results.

Thanks! I was thinking either wight loss (HA!) Or pain management (Lower back issues). I might look into it while on land then and stick with hair and massage. Was just curious after reading the article on 6 worst spa treatments on a cruise.
