Spa & Salon Services On Carnival Glory

Hey all - me and the wife are going on our first cruise in October to Belize & Cozumel. Wanting to add a Spa Service for one of the 2 days at sea before we get to where we are going. Was looking at the Swedish Massage for 2. A 75 minute time for both of us.

Was wondering if it was worth the money to go down this road or should we just go with the original plan of having her get her hair done while I do some serious relaxing in the sauna.

Any suggestions, thoughts or recommendations are greatly appreciated.

The few times I have used the spa, I have found the prices substantially more than on land. I have not had a massage, so I don’t know how good it is. I do know that they have a high pressure sales pitch. But there is something luxurious about getting nails, hair or whatever done while on vacation. Doing so together might be even better!

Most definitely agree with AP, it has been a similar experience for us. If , however, you have a birthday or an anniversary and the Spa knows before hand you may get special pricing on some procedures but the high pressure sale tactics abound. Also port days have reduced prices.
