We had issues on the MSC Divina last year with the Guest Services Desk. We felt that because we were not Europeans, they did not have time to service our complaints. While we did like the ship, shows, and their services, dealing with Guest Services was a huge pain. If they are going to port ships here from USA ports and deal with Americans, maybe they should hire some people who know how to communicate with Americans. Example: Our bathroom door would not shut/latch and the door would swing open all the time. On our fourth day they had maintenance to come by and take the door down, shim and rehang it. Another Example: When we arrived at the port for embarkation, they could not find our reservations and it took at least a half hour to figure it out. But we still managed to enjoy most of the cruise. They did send us a bottle of wine and some hors d’oeuvres to enjoy in our room. Happy Cruising !!!!!!!!!
