Sail & Sign Card

I will be cruising on Sept 18th on the Splendor and was wondering when do I get my sail and sign card?

In the past I got it when I checked in at port. I read some things saying that Carnival is putting them in the mailbox now.

Been there. The Sail and Sign card will be in the mail box outside your cabin door and I was very leery of this until I boarded. Once you check in, your photo is taken and your boarding pass now becomes you sail and sign card until you get to your cabin. No worries Miss soexcited0817. Also any pre purchased excursions tickets will also be in your mail box sometime the day before.

Thanks for the reply but my new question (the last post) was about the Sunshine because I don't see any mailboxes Happy

Oh my, I'm sorry.

I'm planning on sailing on Sunshine/Destiny December 2019 solo. Hope you have a great cruise.

Since no one seems to have that answer, I hope you return and let us know! It is always good to have information about how the changes affect each ship.

Lol I was hoping I could just ask and get an answer quickly. I searched up some Sunshine reviews and found one saying the sail & sign cards were at the room. Booo lol

Last I sailed Carnival, the cards were in the mailbox (Freedom). From what I understand, if there is no mailbox they will be on the desk in the room. Your room door will be blocked open so you can get in.

Although I had a bit of trepidation entering into that plan, it really did make checking in a whole lot easier -- simply line up for the security line, then either board the ship or sit and wait for the boarding to start. As far as I know, there were no problems with it.

When it was in the mailbox on the Splendor I just made my cabin the first stop. No biggie. I don't have any real issue with it done either way. I'm confident that if there was some issue with my card Carnival would handle it and I would be back to vacation business quickly. I'm just super excited and want to don my cruise necklace ASAP, that's all. I'm all about relaxing, having a good time, tipping well and getting the most of my CHEERS package lol, Wink
