Safe excursion back to your ship?

I find that this app has more of a selection of excursions versus royal Caribbean selections .but for peace of mind we chose to book our excursions from Royal Caribbean’s website. If we were to book And excursion from this website do they guarantee  They’ll get you back to your ship?

Yes. I was also concerned about that, but was assured by a quick phone call to the tour company, that they do assure guests will get back to the ship on time. If for any reason they don’t, mechanical failure, accident closing the roadway etc., they will pay to get the guests to the next port. Our forum head guru, Simon, also reassured me we would be fine, and we were. We had one of the best excursions ever, using Cruiseline/ShoreFox when we visited St. Marten last spring.

Good to know. Thank you BonMike Happy. I’d like to here from other people’s past experiences on this topic also , more the merrier

Nice endorsement! Always good to know one's options!

On a RCI excursion the ship will not leave without you if you are late returning. On a non RCI Excursion if the buss has a breakdown or traffic, the ship will leave on time and it is up to you to get to your next port to catch up with the ship. You could be left behind on a non-cruise line excursion.

We used the Cruiseline/shorefox For a excursion in Tahiti. Could not have been happier!

We took an excursion to the Myan ruins of chectenzina(Cannot spell it) on Carnival. A bad storm came rolling thru Progresso and delayed us for an hour. A lightning bolt struck our ship and the port would not let the bus go to the ship till the storm passed. Carnival held the ship till we were able to return. They always hold the ship if the excursions are booked thru Carnival. Been on 2 late excursions and carnival held the ship.

All our excursion providers on cruiseline.com offer a return to the ship guarantee. You can book with confidence.
