In response to review, CrusinTim says ...

It's good that you had a relatively good time with the family on this cruise. Please keep in mind for your next cruise booking that Princess is one of the cruise lines not necessarily geared towards a kids environment. It sounds like what you were expecting would have been better found on Disney, Carnival, Norwegian or Royal Caribbean. Princess, much like Cunard (Holland America), are geared more towards a middle age clientele.‚  Don't be disappointed with cruising as a whole, it is a learning thing and reading reviews here on this site and posting questions will help to ensure a better rounded cruise vacation next time.

I would have to agree with Tim,Disney Line would have been the better choice for you in this instance. When the Kids get older, try the NCL, or Carnival fun ships. Princess is good but not always geared to kids.

I also agree with the replies above.

I agree with the others about the choice of cruise line.  If you decide to try again you might also consider the time of year.... there are not as many "children" out of school during the time you sailed for your children to have companions.  I might not go with Spring break as that is over-run with children, but pick a time like Halloween that might have some on "Fall Break".

I agree with the above. Princess is geared more to adults, while Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Disney are geared more toward families.
