Poor quality for food in Symphony Restaurant and the Head Waiter seemed no interested in our complaints.

Just so you know, this is an independent site NOT connected with any of the cruise lines so there is a 99.99% chance no one from RCI will ever read your post! Maybe try mailing RCI your review or by using their "Contact Us" link on their website.

Thank you for your review. I'm a bit unclear -- the food quality didn't change after you talked to the Chef?

Was there not anything else on the menu except beef?‚  I probably would not have ordered the beef on the second or third day if it was so bad on the first day.‚  I suggest that you mail or email your review to the main office.‚  Obviously you didn't get satisfaction on the ship.‚  Sorry to hear about your probl3em.‚  Usually chefs fall all over diners with complaints.‚  At least that happens on HAL.
